Maturity Claim

Claiming for maturity has never been easier. Once your policy has matured, you will receive a letter or an SMS informing you that your policy has matured.

To submit your claim, we need only your policy number, your basic information (name surname, ID number, contact details) and your documents. Once we have received your claim and all documents, you will receive an SMS acknowledging receipt.
