Sometimes payment is delayed because the policyholders don`t claim the benefits, and we cannot contact them because they have not informed us that their contact details have changed. We then try to find them in all possible ways.
Government has agreed to help us to pay such unclaimed benefits to policyholders who are government employees. The policy benefits are paid into the bank accounts in which their salaries are paid. No details of these bank accounts are disclosed to us.
